About Autumn Leaf Baking Co

Autumn Leaf Baking Co. began with a Thanksgiving memory close to my heart. When I was 14, my dad brought home a boxed pumpkin pie, and I couldn’t believe that was as good as pie could get. Determined to do better, I headed to the library, checked out a baking book, and made my very first pie—and it was amazing.

Since then, baking has been my passion. From holiday gatherings to everyday cravings, I found joy in creating delicious treats, eventually passing this love of baking on to my daughter, Autumn. We started baking together, and as I took small orders and baked for nonprofit events, I told her, “One day, we’ll turn this into a business.” Her aunt had always called her “the leaf,” so we already had our name: Autumn Leaf Baking Co.

Flash forward to today, and that dream is a reality. I’m thrilled to bake for customers across New York, sharing a piece of what started in our kitchen so many years ago.  Each recipe is carefully crafted and perfected over years of holiday baking.
